I have a new XLS (about 1 1/2 months old) and I have started getting a clunking noise on the board when doing leg work. One of the brackets rubs against the rail while exercising (left side)?

If I shift my wt. the board moves a bit to the side and it stops? This is very annoying.

I inspected the board and it's scraping & damaging the parts making contact. What's wrong Total Gym!?

Total Gym's 30-day risk-free trial lets customers try the gym for 30 days with an initial single payment, depending on the offer and model they purchase, according to the company's website. Credit cards will be billed for the trial amount when order ships, including sales tax for the total amount in applicable states.

Following the trial period, Total Gym will charge the credit card number given to the company each month until the gym is paid off.

Total Gym claims it does not charge interest on its payment plans.
