tried to return, had a lot trouble getting in touch with anyone at your business. When i was a customer you were always very professional and pleasant.

unfortunately, now because of your services failing to notify me about a shipment & anyone able to sign for said package, you want me to pay 55.00 in order to get said product that shouldn't have been sent back in the first place. the product was supposed to be free with return, there was no fine line of payment discussed or seen anywhere in the description or over the telephone, i am very disappointed with your companies poor example of a solution.

The very least you could've done was apologize for the issue itself. very displeased...

Reason of review: Problem with delivery.

Monetary Loss: $55.

Preferred solution: Full refund.
