Change credit card after buying Total Gym trying to contact again with new number, n call back from customer service after two tries.
After purchasing my Total Gym Fit( third total gym purchase for me) I had to change my discover credit card for security purposes. I called Mr.
Brian White (Total Gym Customer Service Rep) twice explaining that I needed to give the company my new ID number in order not to interrupt payment service. I have not received any call back after my calls. Unfortunately it will be a problem for your company if this simple problem is not addressed. I have done what I can, please insure a call back so this situation can be settled.
I have used the Total Gym for years and have upgraded twice and recommended it to many of my friends and police officer associates. Yours Truly, Al McCarthy
